การลบบัญชี
ผู้เล่นที่ใช้ Google, Sign in with Apple หรือบัญชี Guest สามารถขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลที่เชื่อมโยงได้ผ่านเกมหรือทางอีเมล
วิธีที่ 1: ลบภายในเกม
- เปิด Bug Squad Tactics
- ไปที่เมนู Settings
- เลือก Delete Account
- อ่านรายละเอียดและยืนยันคำขอ
วิธีที่ 2: ขอผ่านอีเมล
หากเข้าเกมไม่ได้ ให้ส่งอีเมลโดยระบุหัวข้อ “Request to Delete Bug Squad Tactics Account” พร้อม User ID หรือ Player ID และวิธีเข้าสู่ระบบ เราอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อยืนยันเจ้าของบัญชี และจะไม่ขอรหัสผ่าน Apple หรือ Google
ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ

Account Deletion
Players using Google, Sign in with Apple, or a Guest account can request deletion of their account and associated data in the Game or by email.
Method 1: Delete in the Game
- Open Bug Squad Tactics.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences and confirm the request.
Method 2: Request by Email
If you cannot access the Game, email us with the subject “Request to Delete Bug Squad Tactics Account,” your User ID or Player ID, and your sign-in method. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify ownership. We will never ask for an Apple or Google password.
Processing Time
The account enters a 30-day pending-deletion period. Players may sign in and cancel the request during this period. Deletion becomes permanent after the period ends.
Data We Delete
- Account and player identifiers
- Characters, progress, items, resources, and benefits
- Statistics, settings, and activity associated with the account
Limited records may be retained for legal, accounting, transaction, refund, dispute, security, or anti-fraud purposes and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Account deletion is not a refund request and may not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your Store account to prevent future charges.
