ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ
ข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างผู้เล่นกับ ADISOFT GAMING Company Limited (“บริษัท” หรือ “เรา”) การดาวน์โหลดหรือใช้เกมถือว่าผู้เล่นยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
1. คุณสมบัติของผู้เล่น
เกมมีวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับผู้เล่นอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ผู้เล่นที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ปกครองก่อนใช้เกมหรือซื้อสินค้า
2. บัญชี
ผู้เล่นอาจใช้ Google, Sign in with Apple หรือ Guest และต้องรักษาความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์และบัญชี บัญชี Guest และความคืบหน้าอาจสูญหายเมื่อถอนการติดตั้ง รีเซ็ต หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์หากไม่ได้เชื่อมบัญชี ห้ามขาย ซื้อ ให้เช่า หรือโอนบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
3. สิทธิในการใช้เกม
เราให้สิทธิแบบส่วนบุคคล จำกัด เพิกถอนได้ ไม่ผูกขาด และโอนไม่ได้เพื่อใช้เกมเพื่อความบันเทิงที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์ เกม เนื้อหา ตัวละคร ภาพ เสียง เครื่องหมายการค้า และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญายังคงเป็นของบริษัทหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ
4. การใช้งานที่ต้องห้าม
- ใช้โปรแกรมโกง บอท ม็อด สคริปต์ หรือเครื่องมือที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- แฮก ดัดแปลง ถอดรหัส โจมตี หรือเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- ใช้ช่องโหว่ ปลอมใบเสร็จ ธุรกรรม หรือข้อมูลบัญชี
- รบกวนบริการ กระทำผิดกฎหมาย ฉ้อโกง หรือละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น
เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีถาวร ลบสิทธิที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบ และดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย
5. ไอเทมดิจิทัลและ Gacha
ตัวละคร ไอเทม ทรัพยากร คะแนน และสิทธิประโยชน์เป็นเพียงสิทธิใช้ภายในเกม ไม่มีมูลค่าเงินสด แลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และโอนระหว่างผู้เล่นไม่ได้ ระบบ Gacha มีผลลัพธ์ตามโอกาส โดยจะแสดงราคา อัตราความน่าจะเป็น และเงื่อนไขตามกฎหมายและนโยบายแพลตฟอร์ม
6. การซื้อและ Subscription
Apple App Store หรือ Google Play เป็นผู้ดำเนินการชำระเงิน การคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม Subscription อาจต่ออายุจนกว่าผู้เล่นจะยกเลิกผ่านบัญชี Store การลบเกมหรือบัญชีอาจไม่ยกเลิก Subscription โดยอัตโนมัติ
7. การลบบัญชี
ขอลบได้ที่ Settings > Delete Account หรือ อีเมลถึงเรา บัญชีจะรอการลบ 30 วันและยกเลิกคำขอได้ในช่วงนี้ หลังครบกำหนด บัญชี ตัวละคร ความคืบหน้า และไอเทมจะถูกลบถาวร เว้นแต่ข้อมูลบางส่วนจำเป็นต่อกฎหมาย ธุรกรรม ความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการโกง หรือข้อพิพาท
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ
เราอาจปรับ เพิ่ม หรือนำฟีเจอร์และเนื้อหาออกเพื่อบำรุงรักษา ความปลอดภัย ปรับสมดุล หรือพัฒนาเกม เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะทำงานตลอดเวลา ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือรองรับทุกอุปกรณ์
9. การระงับและยกเลิก
เราอาจจำกัด ระงับ หรือยกเลิกบัญชีเมื่อมีเหตุอันสมควรว่าเกิดการละเมิด โกง แฮก ฉ้อโกง หรือสร้างความเสียหาย กรณีร้ายแรงอาจยกเลิกถาวรทันทีและดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย โดยไม่ตัดสิทธิคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
10. ความรับผิดและกฎหมาย
เกมให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ไม่มีข้อความใดตัดสิทธิหรือความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามตัด ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย โดยไม่ลดทอนสิทธิบังคับของผู้บริโภคในประเทศที่พำนัก ข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและติดต่อ
เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและจะแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญตามกฎหมาย ติดต่อ ADISOFT GAMING Company Limited, 9 Ramintra 5 Yak 15, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand หรือ adisoft.bugsquadtactics@gmail.com

Terms of Service
These Terms form an agreement between the player and ADISOFT GAMING Company Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Downloading or using the Game means the player accepts these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. A player below the legal age of majority must have permission from a parent or guardian before using the Game or purchasing anything.
2. Accounts
Players may use Google, Sign in with Apple, or Guest. Players are responsible for device and account security. Guest progress may be lost after uninstalling, resetting, or changing devices unless linked. Accounts may not be sold, purchased, rented, or transferred without authorization.
3. License
We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, content, characters, artwork, audio, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain ours or our licensors’.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Using cheats, bots, mods, scripts, or unauthorized tools
- Hacking, modifying, reverse engineering, attacking, or accessing systems without authorization
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or falsifying receipts, transactions, or account information
- Disrupting the Services, acting illegally or fraudulently, or infringing others’ rights
We may permanently suspend or terminate accounts, remove improperly obtained benefits, and take legal action.
5. Digital Items and Gacha
Characters, items, resources, points, and benefits are limited in-Game rights, not money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between players. Gacha results depend on chance. Prices, probability rates, and conditions will be shown as required by law and platform policy.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple or Google processes payments. Refunds follow the platform’s policies. Subscriptions may renew until canceled in the player’s Store account. Removing the Game or deleting an account may not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Account Deletion
Request deletion under Settings > Delete Account or by email. The account enters a 30-day pending period during which the request may be canceled. The account, characters, progress, and items are then permanently deleted, except for limited legal, transaction, security, anti-fraud, or dispute records.
8. Service Changes
We may update, add, or remove features and content for maintenance, security, balance, or development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every device.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe there has been a violation, cheating, hacking, fraud, harm, or security risk. Serious cases may result in immediate permanent termination and legal action without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
10. Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is.” Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms are governed by Thai law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. Thai courts have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and Contact
